it was a great stay for more holidays & great experiences. the location was favourable for exploring this central area, near to local township and the local amenities.

It boasts reasonable location really close to all restaurants, and shops & cafes.

The rooms at this motel were clean and well-maintained, with a stunning view. The self-contained feature was a plus, allowing us to cook our own meals with the supplied equipment. The location was great, with the town being within walking distance for dining options or a short drive away. there was a beautiful nature walk nearby and a nice DVD collection provided for entertainment.

We faced some issues during our stay. None of our devices could connect to the WiFi, and despite the staff's efforts, the problem was not resolved.

The room was large, well equipped, comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome was friendly and very informative about local roads walking tracks etc. The free video library had a good choice and was used to fill in the time when New Zealand's weather was less than cooperative (too be expected in mountain areas). We were automatically upgraded to a Mountain View room and when the cloud cleared the mountain view was spectacular. Easy access to the mountain and great walking trails for a summer (but still cool) visit.

The rooms at this hotel are well-equipped, with kitchen facilities that allow for easy preparation of meals, and spotless linen on comfortable beds. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountain and convenient access to walking tracks and local restaurants.

The motel was very good value. The room was a good size and very nicely decorated and provided a good nights sleep as a lightweight duvet was provided. It is in a good location for the National Park and the owner was knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend it.

The service was very friendly, and we found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchenette for our overnight stay, making it a great base for a weekend getaway.

Would recomand and will choose the place for future trips. Family-friendly hotel, it has family atmosphere, and the location is ideal on spending the day up the mountain.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and staff could not fix the problem. The cleanliness of the room could have been better and it was not thoroughly checked before our arrival.
